Did you read the link that was sent to you? Most times, the "problem" of the 2400c not booting is from the PRAM needing to be reset. There is a link floating around here which explains the process, but everytime one disassembles a 2400c, the mere action of unplugging the PRAM battery and continuing the tear-down and build-up is enough to reset the PRAM, so that is why most "dead" 2400c's come back to life after being looked at. Look for that link, I dont have it handy. But unplug the AC and battery and hold that button on the back for like 30 seconds. Do you get a solid green light on the top, or none at all?
