[DuoList] Rebuild 2300c Battery

I wouldnt think upon first thought that finding out the model name of the
battery cells and googling them would be that hard, and there was a
company making new batteries for the 2300c Duo. I have two of them.But
those have seem to be dried up the last time I checked, but I think one
can get the cells online with solder tabs on them.
