Hello Duos! Thanks again for the help. You are my quantum logic garden. I bought a 15" Al-book from San Diego, the last machine before Intel, for $800 >sweet on ebay, hard drive scrubbed to DOD specs, then Tiger'd. Should be in soon (x), but meanwhile, I saw a Ti-book for sale as well, and this guy says it was the last dual-boot machine and is "considered by Apple experts to be the cream of the crop". Apparently my Al-book runs OS9 from within OSX, like any other app. My ? is: What's the advantage of dual-boot? Does OS9 stuff run better on the Ti-book?
