[DuoList] Need Help: Duo 2300c and Batteries

After a closer read, I have discovered that I am a fool. Sorry, I missed 
the part about the 230 working on the batteries. I'm not familiar enough 
with the power circuit on the 2300c to offer any insight - perhaps I'll 
pop mine open again and have a look around to see if there's anything 
that seems like it might be causing your issue. Sorry for the confusion.
