[DuoList] CF to IDE adapters, and the 2300c

Thanks, Brian. I couldn't find the Addonics one when I was looking - I 
guess I never thought to check their website. Hurr. I'll report back 
with my findings regarding the $1 adapter, and failing that, I'll go for 
the Addonics one. It'd be nice to have a CF adapter available from China 
for a buck, though.
