[DuoList] CF to IDE adapters, and the 2300c

Is there a similar adapter that can be used in a Duo 280c? From what I know,
the 280c uses SCSI hard drives, and the drive in my 280c, though it appears
functional for now, is probably ancient. Its failure is only a matter of
time, I'm sure.
