Thanks for the information about the Support Extension, I thought that 
was odd. I'll try downloading it again since I've already installed the 
one I have twice. I use Conflict Catcher on this machine and indeed the 
Support extension doesn't even show up in there, although it is residing 
in the active extensions folder. It doesn't show up during the init 
parade either.
