[G4] Boot Problem with GeForce3 and G4 800 Upgrade

I am running a PowerMac G4 Digital Audio [466] and I bought a G4 800 
card from a guy online. She boots fine with the 466 installed but if I 
put the 800 in I get no chime and nothing on the screen. I have reset 
the motherboard, zapped the PRAM, hit the CUDA, and removed RAM. 
Firmware is up to date.

Is it likely or possible it is conflicting with my GeForce 3? Or 
anything else I should be trying? It ran fine for the guy I bought it 
from in a G4 DA with a Rage128 Pro AGP and a Radeon 7000 AGP installed.
