G4 disassembly

Hello everyone -

I just bought a used G4 sawtooth, and while it is in
good condition, it is in need of a serious cleaning. 
I need to completely take the thing apart.  Any
advice, suggestions, or pitfalls I should be aware of?
 My goal is to return it to "as new" condition.  

The guy who had it before me was a smoker, so into the
dishwasher the plastic parts need to go!
