[G4] Quicksilver Won't Power Up

make sure the cable going to the switch on the front of the case is 
properly seated.

I had a similar problem after doing a case mod and thought I'd blown the
motherboard.The cable was attached but not completely seated.
  Scariest  15 minutes of my life!.
