[G4] Old monitor, new Mac

There is a subtle difference in G4 video and some older adapters do not include a jumper which identifies the monitor as a Mac type. The result is that the software thinks an Apple monitor, with it's identifying codes, is really a VGA monitor. In most cases it makes little difference.
