www.no-ip.org i believe it is. they have a lot of information on how
to set up servers with dynamic ips, and they have a free service which
allows you to get a domain name (yomomma.no-ip.org, etc) and forward it
to your dynamic ip. they have software that automatically reports a new
ip and changes it in the forwarding system, but i dont know if it is
mac compatible.
