Installing OS X 10.2

Hi all, need help in installing OS X 10.2 (retail CD). Installer 
upgraded OS X 10.1 with OS 9.2.2 Classic in Quicksilver G4 (2002) 733 
Mhz, 40 Gig HD, 128 MB Ram. After successful OS X 10.2 software 
installation and restart, got only "blinking" top menu bar. Nothing 
appears on the desktop except blue background. The original OS X 10.1 
and OS 9.2.2 Classic work well before this OS X 10.2 installation.

I have installed Jaguar two times. First going to Archive And Install 
option and then to Clean Install/Upgrade. Done also before 
installation, firmware/softwares updates on OS X 10.1 and after 
installation the repair of "Disk Permission", to no avail. Thanks in
