I have one OS X 10.2.5 machine with two USB printers attached (an Epson and a Brother), and one day both printers spontaneously disappeared from the Print Center. I downloaded and reinstalled their respective drivers, restarted, and the printers are back. However, for the Brother, the "Configure" button is grayed out. Prior to the disappearance I had an array of configuration options available. Now nothing. Any ideas? Thanks very much. -josh
