...and if worst comes to worst you can open the thing one page at a time in illustrator, fill in the blanks, resave as separate PDFs and send off. You could also open the whole thing in freehand 10 (or MX I presume) and do the same thing. Freehand however, would allow you keep all the pages in one PDF.
