Hey Wade, you got much better answers than I did when asking an almost identical question a couple of weeks ago. :) Mel, have you used the Daystar product and do you know the max screen size it can produce? I also would like to import analog tapes into a newer machine, I'm currently using a P6500 with an old Apple TV/Video card. Def stay away from mpg2, I could not figure out a way to convert it to another format without losing the video!
