Thanks, Roger. I called Alsoft tech support a little earlier and the tech said that if I boot from the DW3 CD, if the drives are repairable, DW3 should be able to see them. Zapping PRAM with the card pulled is a good idea if that doesn't work. Thank you. If so and you can get DW up I will make a guess that the Volume Wraper it now bad. This would get them on the startup drive untill you can get there. Roger
