This ought to make ya'll feel lots better: 22.99 is my home iMac score: iMac-Bondi rev A G3/233 w/G3/400 iForce, 384mb RAM, 40gb hdd, OS 10.2.3. However, my office G4/1ghz, 1.5gb ram was around 127 (I forgot the exact numbers, and I'm not at work now) WOW - I had no idea my iMac was so slow, it seems much perkier than 23% of a G4/800 (benchmark machine). I just d/l OS 10.2.4, and as soon as I load it, I'll do the test again to see if I've picked up any speed. -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - youaregod at attbi.com writes: > > On 2/18/03, Christian Bargmann is rumored to have said: > >On Tuesday, February 18, 2003, at 07:09 PM, Richard Kriss wrote: > >>The people posting in 90's must have a G4 on steroids or I screwed up the test > >No steroids.
