I turned off a The Message reads now, when I try to open up the Harddrive, "The Macintosh HD could not be opened because of an error of type-127 I did turn off a start up item, one of those annoying registrations items, and it wouldn't restart, so I restarted it with extensions off. Was this what caused the problem? June
