Low cost/free internet sharing software

Howdy,

  I have a PC friend who is looking for simple proxy software, that 
will allow a G-3 running OS 8.6, and an iBook running either 9.2.1 or 
OS-X share an AOL dialup account. Two features need to be ease of use 
and reasonable cost. I recommended Surf Doubler as one possible place 
to look (to be honest not even sure it that will be of any use to 
them).

  Anyone have any other ideas?
