QT 6 Pro/OS10.2.3 Can't Edit

IIRC mpeg editing stopped in QTpro 5 or 5.02 but was available before that
(in QT4) in OS 9.  I assume that QTpro 6 also no longer allows the option to
edit mpegs.  Many people miss this function and wish that it had been kept
with the new versions of Quicktime.
