[G4] Inserting a photo in an email

I am using Eudora (V 5.2) and have also had complaints from 
recipients not receiving my imbedded pictures. ( I like to imbed them 
so I can write commentary etc. under  the pic!).
I have had these complaints mostly from people on AOL with either 
Macs or PeeCees.
It turned out that they cannot receive AppleDouble ("Mime"). One has 
to have the setting set for "BinHex".
Just my $0.03 !!!
