[G4] printer problems in 10.2

What kind of printer? 10.2 has a lot of print drivers but not 
everything. A friend installed an Epson C60 but could not get it to 
work. I removed the system installed driver and installed one we 
downloaded and everything was fine.
  My Epson SC880 worked fine in 9.2 but not at all in 10.2. There is a 
software utility called Print Center Repair that can correct many 
problems with printers in OS 10. In my case the CUPS Directory needed
