[G4] Can't Access the Internet Via OS 10.2.3, But can via OS9.2.2

Read the link you posted with interest. It may well have affected 
Adelphia's service and I grunged something as I was messing around.

I have a feeling the solution to my problem is to be found in the 
settings of NetInfo Manager. Will check when I switch back over OS 
10.2.3.
