DVI adapter question

I've ordered the G4 1.25ghz and plan to use two NEC monitors. Will I need an
additional DVI to VGA adapter or will the computer handle it as is? Also,
I've got an old "workhorse" Laserwriter IIg printer that I really hate to
part with. Anyone with any experience using a printer this old with the G4.
I read somewhere that the OS X 10.2 will handle the printer but I'm unsure
as to what connection problems I might run into.
