[G4] print problem - Word?

[Wilkin, Wayne (Mass)]

Have you been visiting the page setup in Word? I have a ton of users who use
word and excel and unless they select the printer in the page setup from
"Any Printer" to the Actual printer they are using sometimes these 2 apps
just fail to print, they just hang in the spooler.
