[G4] 2003 Dual 1.25 GHz won't sleep (USB)

RE; I just spent today putting my G4 800 Ti Pb back to jag 10.2 my 
greatest trouble with the updates was my epson C82 printer, it did 
function but the print quality was just awful,
now all is normal,and actualy working better than with 10.6, this is 
just me and my machine, your milage will vary
