Looking for DB-15 Female to DVI-I male Monitor Adapter?

I think I need a DB-15 Female to DVI-I male Monitor Adapter I have a
Sawtooth G4 350mghz and ATI Radeon 9000 Pro video card with ADC and DVI
outputs. My monitor is old it's a Multiscan 17inch and has the old mac
connector the DB-15 I believe. Are there any adapters out there that could
connect that monitor to that card? Let me know, thanks.
