Hey, Brian,

If she can't get the iMac to boot without turning off the extensions, how is 
she going to use a cross-over cable or a network connection. I don't think 
she will have the software running that she needs to make a connection, will 
she? How do you activate file sharing in the iMac with the control panel and 
extension disabled?
