G4 533Mhz Tower and a 200 GB hard drive - not !

Ok . . 

I decided not to add the second optical drive but to add a 200GB hard into
the zip bay instead . . . and so the trouble started !

After I formatted what did I get for my money ?  . . .128GB !

Does anybody have any idea why this should happen and what I can do to get
the full 200GB or am I limited to 128GB !!!
