[G4] Making a Bootable Copy of a HD

Known problems.

1. Check the CCC section at <http://65.69.94.113/forums/>; especially the
troubleshooting and tips section.
2. Make sure you use the latest version 1.2.4 at
<http://65.69.94.113/forums/viewtopic.php?t=306>. It addresses the problem
with master.password.
