[G4] OS 9.2 not running under OS 10.2

As someone else asked: did you try to start Classic, without clicking on
the MP3 app? If it works, then try launching the app. If it won't start up,
then, most probably, that app isn't one that works under Classic and you'll
have to run it after booting into OS 9.
