upgrading a QS 733

Greetings All,
  Need some advice. I'm thinking of upgrading my QS733 (something with a 
L3 cache) on the cheap

choices

Gigadesigns  800 with 2mb cache with an eye to overclocking to 1 ghz  
$280 (is the extra cost to get the 1ghz card worth it?)

a 933 pull at OWC (if still there, there will probably be more) $299

or, If it's possible to use, a 1ghz pull from a QS FW800 for around 
$250 (auction guess)

of course pulls and upgrades could get really cheap in the near future 
if the 970 rumors are true
