[G4] just cannot empty the trash - FIXED!

eeeYES! YES!!!

Ended up using File Buddy for OSX which has a new contextual menu 
feature.
Clicked on the "File of Satan" and was able to see the file hierarchy 
and found
that the file originated not from OSX but another drive's .Trash. 
Exorcised it from
OS9.
