PS Print Drivers: Apple vs Adobe

I have always load both the Apple LaserWriter and AdobePS drivers but 
could probably do away (disable) with the Apple version for the sake 
of Chooser neatness.
Does anyone have any reason why I should keep Apple LaserWriter?  We 
still have a couple of Laserwriters in use (LW8500 and IINTX) and I'm 
tired of seeing multiple desktop printer icons, and I can't really 
tell if there is an advantage.
