[G4] start up time

What is this memory panel you are referring to? Are we talking OSX or OS9?

It can  tricky to get it to work . Might not work off the control menu. 
You might have to dive down and find it,
open the memory panel regular so that you will know when the extra 
parameter opens up, After disabling the mem check it should take less 
than a minute to boot.
