     For Safari, Bookmarks.plist file ought to be in the folder:

	<10.2.8_partition>/Users/<your_user_name>/Library/Safari .

     For Netscape 7, try looking in:

	<10.2.8_partition>/Users/<your_user_name>/Library/Mozilla/Profiles/<your_profile>/<something.slt>

     For Explorer, I haven't a clue. I don't use that Microsoft malware.
