Problem Upgrading to 10.2

 Hi -

I've tried repeatedly and with much frustration to
install 10.2 on my Quicksilver  with  no success. 
I've been trying to do it on and off for over a year.
All I ever get is a screen that has a message in a
bunch  of different languages telling me to restart
the computer.  When I restart the  computer, this
message just comes up again.

Please, if someone can provide me with a way to
install Jaguar  on my computer, I would really
appreciate it.
