Done both games that way. No problems. I have a cable internet & people come over and just plug in their ethernet cable into my D-link hub (Cable Box -> Hub -> whatever computer). It will divide your bandwidth by however may computers are on-line at the same time. But it sure is fun to be playing on Battle.net with friends and not have to type your chat, just do it the old fashion way. Talk!
