Does any one know if this AO6 drive or the Pioneer 106 is supported under OS 9.2.2 on my 450 DP Gigabit Ethernet ? I'm finally dragging myself tentatively into OS X and have a copy of Jaguar which the stock DVD drive won't read (only alias's show up). It's an unopened imac disk which the high ranked ebay seller claims to have used on G4 machines. I'm wondering if I need a newer DVD drive with more flexibility to read it. It may also be that Apple's DVD Player isn't up to the task which puts me in the chicken-egg loop... need IDVD in OS X to install OSX.. Any inexpensive suggestions? thanks Frank >At 8:24 AM -0500 11/22/03, you wrote: >>EM when it comes to Apple OS compatibilty? >> >>I recently installed the A06 into my 500DP Gigabit Ethernet running >>Jaguar.
