Control strip question

[Ascender]

Hello all.

My control strip is sitting about two and a half inches from the bottom of
the monitor screen (OS9.2.2).  I thought I might have a preference wrong;
however I ran discwarrior 3 and it remains in that location.

It happened while Sims Superstar locked up in OS9.2.2.

G4; 800 MHz
Quicktime 5.0.2
Maxim Kinesis Keyboard
View Sonic  G90f monitor
Kensington Expert Mouse Pro
Control Strip 2.0.3
