If I remember correctly it must be slave or master but not Cable Select. It would only runn at 66 mhz if you attatch it to the same ATA bus as your DVD/CD drive. As a second HD on the same bus as your current HD (slave or master) it will communicate at full speed (ie 100 or 167 mhz). jj PS: still not believing you will see all 160 - just ther first 128 gig.
