Hi Anne. I only had to upgrade from Palm OS 3.5 to 4.1. Can't remember exactly how I did this but I do remember it worked the first time. I found, however, that trying to use iSync and iCal with Palm OS on Mac OS X caused a world of trouble--double entries, lost data, etc. Much easier to just use Palm Desktop and the HotSync button on the PDA.
