FTP Setup Help

So far, I have successfully set up basic FTP access using 10.2.8

Q1: How do I limit access to just one master folder, rather than the entire
user?

Q2: Basically, I would like to be able to create different FTP accounts for
different folders using OSX - is this possible?
 
Q3:  Are there some Web pages that anybody can point me to, that discuss
this subject in depth?
