There's no guarantee of a *noticeable* speed bump. Some people on some
machines models have noticed it, others haven't.

Would you counsel someone to spend 129.00 on a "maybe"? If that were the
case, I'd tell them to take the money, go to a bookie and take Pittsburgh
and the points this Sunday. :-)
