[G4] MacWarehouse & MicroWarehouse Bankruptcy

     For what it's worth, we ordered a G4 dual 1.42 from MacWarehouse 
on September 2, ground shipping, and it was delivered on September 4. 
I suspect their buyout by CDW won't have any immediate effect on 
current orders. Downstream, it might change some things, but CDW is 
awfully fast on order fulfillment, too.
