[G4] Internet Speed Test (How good is good?)

i have now had road runner (cable modem) and verizon dsl. i have to say my
download speeds with verizon are actually better (upload is where the
cable modem won out) with verizon i consistently get 170 KB/s download
speeds, with roadrunner i used to get huge drop offs, down to about 30
KB/s, in the "evening rush" so to speak. 

i am very displeased with verizon as a company, but quite pleased with the
broadband connection i receive.
