[G4] Internet Speed Test (How good is good?)

I am running the original G4 450, & OS9. I am online through GCI, the
local cable company.
Following is the test results.

Your Speed is: 368.5 Kbps

This is right on as my level on cable service is 368 down, 64 up.
I also have a request along these same lines.

WHAT DO YOU PAY & WHAT LEVEL OF SERVICE DO YOU GET?

I have to pay $39.99 for the above mentioned bandwidth, & I believe
I am being ripped off. Your responses would be greatly appreciated?
