Hook up your two machines on a LAN, turn on file sharing, copy your 
iTunes Music folder over and tell iTunes (Prefs > Advanced) where its 
Music folder is located. IMHO, on both Win and Mac it's better to keep 
the Music folder separately from your own directory. That simplifies 
both backing up and sharing it (to synch them, if needed).
