Keep it to upgrade from or sell it for someone else to upgrade from.  
MS = M$ - lots of money to purchase so an old copy is good to upgrade 
from as it saves $300 - $400 from the complete version.  Put it on the 
LEM list and it will sell fairly quickly or ebay.
